  • Vitamin E (tocopherol) does not allow vitamin A to oxidize in the intestine. If you do not have enough tocopherol, then retinol will not be absorbed in the body, so they should be consumed simultaneously.
  • Lack of zinc disrupts the activity of vitamin A and leads to a low entry into the tissue. These two elements are dependent on each other, one helps to digest in the intestines of the other.
  • Mineral oil, which is often taken as a laxative, dissolves such elements as beta-carotene and vitamin A. They easily pass through the intestinal tract, because they have already dissolved in the oil. But it is important to know that its systematic use leads to a deficiency in vitamin A.
  • For excellent absorption of retinol, you need your food to be enriched as much as possible with ingredients such as fats and proteins.After all, the difference among food and mineral oil lies in the fact that the human body can absorb food fat along with vitamin A, which is already dissolved in it, but the oil product in the body is not absorbed.
