"Rosettes" with filling

You will need
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 560 ml of water;
  • - 20 g of salt;
  • - 1060 g of flour;
  • - 525 g minced pork or beef;
  • - 185 g of onions;
  • - 215 g carrots;
  • - 16 g of garlic;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 55 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 275 ml of cream;
  • - 75 ml of tomato paste;
  • - 185 g of hard cheese.
Peel onions, rinse and cut into small pieces. Peel and grate the carrots and chop the garlic. Fry all the prepared vegetables in vegetable oil.
Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, add it to the roasted vegetables, mix everything thoroughly and fry for about 25 minutes.
Beat the egg thoroughly, add salt, 260 ml of hot water and mix it well. Pour 3 cups of flour into a deep bowl, make a well in it and pour an egg mixed with water into it.
Knead the dough, adding to it gradually more flour. Then leave it for about 35 minutes. After that, roll out the dough in a thin layer and put the filling on it.
Wrap the dough with a filling in the form of a roll, cut it into circles no thicker than 5 centimeters.On one side of the dough to pin them down.
Prepare a sauce of cream, tomato paste and water. Put the circles with the filling on a baking sheet, pour over the sauce and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Then get them, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 12 minutes.
