Legendary recipe: delicious Kiev chicken

Chicken Kiev attracts culinary gourmets with its appetizing crust, delicate aroma and juiciness. It belongs to the restaurant dishes, as for cooking burgers require certain skills. It is a broken chicken fillet, in which a piece of butter is wrapped.

The finished cutlet has an unusual shape, resembling an ellipse. In a classic recipe, at one end of the cutlet, a chicken bone is fixed, on which it is customary to wear a papillo.

Knowing certain subtleties, it will not be difficult for you to cook delicious homemade treats.


- 4 things. chicken fillet
- 2 pcs. chicken eggs
- 100 g butter
- 400 g sunflower oil
- breadcrumbs
- bunch greens
- salt to taste
- to taste black pepper


Chop the parsley.
In a bowl, mix the butter with the parsley.
Wrap the butter in cling film and put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Uncover the chicken fillet with a sharp knife to form a rectangle and slightly beat off.
On the edge of the fillet lay out pieces of frozen butter.

Wrap the fillet in such a way that the oil is inside.

Slightly beat the eggs and add salt, dip the cutlet into the egg mixture.

Then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure twice.
In a deep frying pan or sauté pan, heat the vegetable oil well and fry the cutlets, occasionally turning it over to a brown crust on all sides.
The butter should cover the cutlets in full or at least half.
Ready cutlets decorate with greens. Fried potatoes with onions or mashed potatoes are good as a side dish.
