How to issue a medical book?

If your work is related to the food industry or involves constant contact with people, you cannot do without a medical book. Its presence is a prerequisite for doctors, kindergarten teachers, food sellers, as well as hairdressers, cooks and many others.

Below we describe in detail the procedure for processing a medical book.

Book design

If you do not know where to issue a medical book, then there are several options:

  • Rospotrebnadzor;
  • The Internet;
  • private clinic.

The first option mainly attracts those who believe that it will be cheaper or not at all. But this is a fallacy. You may be able to pass some analyzes and pass certain examinations for free, but in any case you will have to pay the booklet and certification (lecture). In this case, be prepared for the fact that you will need to bypass a lot of institutions, to spend time waiting in queues.In addition, you can get the results of some tests only in a few days, or even a week.

The Internet version is certainly faster, but it is quite risky, since both its owners and employers are responsible for the fake medical book.

Quickly, legally and inexpensively, you can arrange a book in a private clinic. But in this case, be vigilant. Remember that the mere existence of a license to carry out medical activities does not automatically give the right to issue legal medical books. It is possible that in this or that clinic you can only get tested and be examined, and you still have to contact the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Rights Control, and these are additional inconveniences. Only those institutions that have entered into an agreement with the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology can issue legal medical books; in Moscow there are not so many such clinics - not more than ten. At the same time, not all clinics can undergo the full range of examinations.

Clearance procedure

In order to issue a medical book, you need to:

  1. Take with you a passport and a photo of 3 x 4 cm in size (now many medical centers offer a service such as "Instant Photo"). If you need to extend the book, just take it with you.
  2. At your chosen institution fill out a form in block letters. There you will be given a bypass list with a list of doctors you need to visit. The number of doctors depends on the field of activity in which you plan to work. In a good clinic, a medical bypass will take 30-60 minutes of your time.
  3. The final procedure is the delivery of a bypass sheet to the registry of a medical institution, where you will be notified of the date of receipt of the medical book. On average, the execution of such a document takes from 3 to 7 days.
