How to cook tilapia with vegetables
You will need
- - Tilapia fillet 600 grams
- - Onion 1 pc.
- - Garlic 1 clove
- - Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- - Spices for fish to taste
- - Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- - Sugar 1 tsp.
- - Black pepper to taste
- - Greens to taste
- - Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
Wash tilapia fillets thoroughly, cut into portions. Salt, add spices for fish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Onions cut into half rings and fry in sunflower oil with chopped garlic. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and pour a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Add black pepper to taste.
Take the baking dish. At the bottom lay out a piece of fried onions with garlic and tomatoes. On the vegetables put pieces of tilapia. Put the remaining roasted vegetables on top of the fish. Put the oven to warm up.
Bake the form with the dish in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped herbs. And can be served with any side dish.
