Salad "December 31" or Meat Cake
I want to bring to your attention a very tasty snack - Meat cake. I like to make cakes, but my husband always said about them that they are tasty, but if they were still made of meat, they would be more delicious. So, we need the following products:A photo:
For meat cakes:
- 2 chicken breasts;
- 200g lean pork belly
- 1 nouns bulb;
- 100g. kefir;
- 1 egg;
- salt, pepper, spices to taste;
- a quarter of bread.
For the carrot layer:
- 1 carrot (but I was not enough next time I'll take two);
- 1 small onion (if you increase the amount of carrots, then do not forget the onions too);
- salt pepper;
- 3 small. tooth. garlic;
- mayonnaise (a lot to make the cakes well soaked) - if you avoid buying mayonnaise, then try mayonnaise of your own preparation.
In the anticipation of the New Year, I certainly tried to decorate the New Year, one option from December 31, another option with Christmas tree, but this is certainly not the point, and you can decorate as your heart desires.
For Christmas tree was used:
- 3 var. eggs;
- star of var. beets, although it seems to me from red pepper, it would be more beautiful.
Scroll through the meat grinder chicken, pork and onions, plus pepper, salt and spices.
In a blender, whip the yogurt and pulp from the bread and leave to swell min. for five, then add to the meat, plus an egg, knead the minced meat and put on a baking sheet on the parchment, I did not have it, and so I took 2 sheets of A-4 format, smeared them well with oil and stretched the hands all over the sheet. So I got 2 A4 meat cakes. 😀
Bake somewhere 30-40 minutes. it all depends on the oven. But they will turn out light, because both the brisket is light and pork.

Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry everything until ready in a skillet in oil, or rather stew, so that the mixture does not fry and have time to cook. There is salt and pepper. One cake should be smeared very well with mayonnaise, do not be afraid to shift it all absorbed, but the cake will not be dry, then to the mayonnaise carrot mixture and then the next cake, etc. top cake too sooo well smeared with mayonnaise and sides.

My husband is pleased that he finally waited for a meat cake, tugged at both cheeks, the cake soaked and was really sooo delicious. 😛 And as a result, an order from her husband, to prepare it for the New Year, which of course I will do. But next time I will make twice as much carrot filling, and then it will be even tastier !.
