In a bowl, pour the heated kefir, add salt, sugar and soda. Stir sour cream with butter and egg. Combine both mixtures and add flour in several steps. Knead soft dough, divide it into 12 lumps, flatten slightly, make a well at the bottom of the glass. Lubricate the edges loose in milk yolk. Fold the cooled berry filling and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Fill the still hot filling whipped with sugar and sour cream and put in a cool place. Serve the cheesecakes well chilled.Preparing the filling: wash the lingonberries, pour into a bowl and set on fire. Slightly boil and knead, adding sugar and spices.
