Autumn recipes: 5 types of adzhika
Adjika recipe from Daria Shadrina, TV presenter:
You will need:
Tomatoes - 1 kg
Horseradish (grated) - 60 g
Paprika - 100 g
Garlic - 40 g
Salt - 1–2 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
1.Tomatoes, garlic and paprika skip through a meat grinder.
2.Add horseradish (if fresh, skip it last through a meat grinder), salt to taste and add sugar.
3.Store in the refrigerator in closed jars.
